Redflags Project

Redflags® is an innovative software solution for computers and laptop devices that applies behavioural and learning science to help people make secure decisions in real time. Through a combination of real-time prompts and very short, targeted learning modules. It supports staff to recognise and avoid risky cyber behaviours in their day-to-day work.

It supports staff through:

Real-time reminders when risky online actions are detected – for example, clicking on a suspicious link or entering credentials into an unfamiliar site.
Weekly micro-learning campaigns – very short, engaging lessons that reinforce good cyber habits without disrupting work and which are tailored to care providers.
Behaviour insights – information showing how awareness and secure behaviour improve over time.

We are looking for up to 15 social care providers to take part in the pilot for 4-6 weeks to receive free RedFlags licences, train their staff that use computer and/or laptop devices (mobile phone devices will be coming soon) in exchange for providing us feedback at the end of the pilot.

We would begin the pilot mid to late November and aim to end by end of January/mid February.
